Annual renewal includes software updates, maintenance, cloud services and technical support.
What am I paying for, and when?
The licence and setup fee is paid once, when you start. The maintenance and cloud subscription is paid every year, including the first — so year one is the two added together, and every year after it is the annual figure alone.
Can I move up later?
Yes, at any time. You pay only the difference between the two licence fees, never the full fee again, and then the new annual rate. Your data, invoices and settings carry over untouched.
What happens if I do not renew?
Nothing is deleted. Your business keeps selling on the mobile app from the stock it already has, and everything you have entered stays exactly where it is — adding new records, the desktop app, web access and the online store wait until the subscription is renewed.
What does the free month include?
Everything. Register on the Android app and you get a full month of the Complete Business POS package — desktop, web, online store, the lot — with no card and nothing to cancel. When it ends you choose a package to carry on, and the data you entered during the month is waiting for you.
Do I need more than one package for more staff?
No. Extra user accounts can be added to any package for a yearly fee per user, so a growing team does not have to mean a bigger package.
